The retirement homes at Chantry Hall are offered for sale on 100 year leases, subject to the restriction that the principal resident must be aged 55 or over. Full details of the service charge and ground rent are available from the sales office.
This brochure is intended to give a general description of the development and the company reserves the right to alter any of the details at any time.
