Born 14 years ago, Bolton Retirement Homes was created when Chairman Adrian Rolt, originally a solicitor in the City of London, but by then an experienced developer, could not find the solution he was looking for that would meet his mother's own retirement housing needs.

A lot of thought goes into the Company's developments, location, their facilities, and the personal touch to the design and style of the houses and gardens which is refreshingly different from mass market developments. The company is based in the West Sussex downland and develops across the Southern home counties.
Our specialist Management Company, Telegraph Management Ltd, was founded 12 years ago and now manages some 200 homes.
